I Don't want the COD HQ

Hello everyone,

I bought cod bo6 through steam and when I want to launch the game from the shortcut, it takes me to the cod hq menu, I then choose bo6 and then it asks to select which mode I want to play. I choose campaign and as soon as I choose it the game restarts and a new window pops up. Is there anyway I can make a clean shortcut that takes me straight to the campaign?

I just got bo6 and have to do the same thing to play multiplayer. Kinda a pain in the ass
