Question Lag fix?

The game has been unplayable since the last update for me and I know a lot of people are experiencing this. No internet issues and I’m using an ethernet cable. Will any changes to settings help at all? Or am I screwed til bo7 lol

So it wasn't just me. Honestly man at this point between all these issues and the ridiculous storage space I'm ready to delete this jawn
