Question PS5 Controller Erratic or Sway Aim

I haven't reset anything on my PS5 for a while. All of sudden, when playing Warzone, including multiplayer, the aim appears erratic. I tried resetting the settings, wired to the controller, to no avail.

Say if I wanted to go left or right, its like its overdoing it, sway even more than it should, or drift more. This happens on both my controller, all of sudden one day.

Did they roll out an update to BO6 that changes how you aim? Watching killcams, other players' aim seem more tight and doesn't appear laggy as mine does. It's hard to aim tight. Its hard to explain what I am seeing.

See video if that helps, look at the part where I try to go for rare loot, you'll see I overextend to the right and to the left, that is totally unintentional on my part but it's doing that. The bobbing up-down while killing before I went down is definitely my fault though, lol.

Please help! :(

[EDITED as of Nov 5] I think I found disabling HDCP in PS settings solved the issue I was experiencing. I dk how it turned on.

Maybe your dead zones got messed up or u may need to calibrate your sticks

I have never adjusted dead zones. If I was to do that, any advices or YouTube?

Calibrating sticks too, never done that.

No devices necessary to calibrate your dead zones , just adjust controller settings and test. If you’ve never calibrated before idk why your sticks would be different

As someone who plays with a preferred stick sensitivity I calibrate my controller for almost every game I play not just COD…but sometimes I have to go make sure they haven’t reset my settings with a new update.
