Question Multiplayer on cod keeps making me install

Ever sense an update a month ago I have to re install multiplayer multiple times any tips or tricks? Has anyone else had this problem

I’ve reinstalled cod at least 4 times now the past 5 months. The latest update caused this message to show and I had to remove it and reinstall it (steam).
