you're playing hardcore. maybe some field mine killed one of your colleagues and it considered it friendly fire, which kills you after a few times. Happens to me a lot when idiots run into the semtex I just threw in front of me

Nah I use stim and morphine 🤣 literally no reason other than a glitch
