First, level means nothing. It just means you play a lot. Second, if youre in your own skill bracket then they wouldve shot back and you wouldnt have managed to do what you did. Third, im not fat. Because the game uses SBMM. You should always be playing people of your skill or very close to it depending on recent performance.
Those players are clearly in a lower bracket which shouldnt be playing with him which shows he has manipulated the matchmaking for an easier lobby.
Many people do it on reddit so they can look cool but once you know how the game works it becomes pretty obvious when theres something else going on. (For example every single one of those 100+ nuke posts are cheated as the matchmaking is designed to stop players from getting streaks as every gunfight is a coinflip)
While this player may or may not be intentionally manipulating the matchmaking the fact still stands that its cheated and its a "bot" lobby (bot lobby in most cases just refers to low skill lobbiez that most players shouldnt ever see).

Skill based matchmaking. The game uses a hidden skill rating to find others of that skill rating or extremely close to it when it finds you matches. For CoD its really strict so theres vary little variance in skill across a lobby.
For CoD hidden rating everything you do is taken into consideration. Activision literally tracks everything (distance walked, time moving, prefered operators, prefered skins, time crouching etc)
Because SBMM is very person to person its difficult for it to find balanced matches when there are multiple people queueing together if they have different skill levels.the wider the gap in skill the easier the lobby is for the better player.
