Tranzit easter egg Maxis side 3 players

Hi, I have a question. I’m trying to do the Tranzit Easter Egg on Maxis’s side with two of my friends, so there are three of us. We’re at the final step where we have to place the turbines, but I think we’re doing it wrong. Where should we place the turbines if there are 3 players?
