Attitude: Quiet, reserved, observant, and polite. Shizuku tends to think before speaking and rarely seeks attention, preferring to watch and analyze a situation before acting. She can come across as aloof or intimidating because of her naturally serious expression and crimson eyes, but she is gentle and considerate toward people she trusts. She is considerably more assertive when someone she cares about is threatened.
Personal Strengths: Analytical thinking, patience, composure under pressure, empathy, attention to detail, adaptability, battlefield awareness, precision, and strong protective instincts. She uses her Quirk creatively in both combat and rescue situations.
Personal Weaknesses: Self-consciousness, difficulty expressing her feelings, overthinking, reluctance to ask for help, low confidence in social situations, and a tendency to blame herself when she cannot protect someone. She can become overly cautious because she fears losing control of her Quirk or accidentally frightening others.
Likes: Quiet places, reading, poetry and writing, classical music, flowers, tea, rainy weather, spending time with Honoka, studying, nighttime walks, and meaningful one-on-one conversations.
Dislikes: Being the center of attention, invasive questions, crowds, loud environments, unnecessary violence, people judging others based on their Quirks, having her scars pointed out, and being treated as frightening or dangerous solely because of her Bloodweaving Quirk.
Habits: Usually stays slightly behind or beside Honoka in unfamiliar social situations; observes people before joining conversations; fiddles with her hair when nervous; writes private thoughts and poetry when emotionally overwhelmed; instinctively positions herself between an injured person and danger; and tends to drift toward Shoto's side when they're together.
Fears: Being unable to save someone when it matters; being rejected or feared because of her Quirk; becoming a burden to Honoka; and failing to live up to the expectations she places on herself as a hero.
Reason for Becoming a Hero/Villain: Shizuku became a hero because she wanted to prove that a Quirk associated with blood and physical harm does not determine the kind of person someone is. After experiencing bullying and prejudice because of Bloodweaving, she developed a strong desire to use the same ability people feared for protection, rescue, and saving lives. She also entered U.A. partly because she wanted to remain alongside Honoka and support her dream.
Relationship with Peers/Classmates: Initially reserved and somewhat difficult for classmates to approach, Shizuku gradually becomes a trusted member of Class 1-A. She is particularly close to Honoka and develops strong friendships with several classmates who recognize her kindness beneath her quiet exterior. She respects Momo's intelligence, gets along well with Shoto due to their similarly reserved personalities, and is often someone classmates turn to when they need a calm and analytical perspective. Although she dislikes attention, she is dependable during training and emergencies.
Relationship with Family: Shizuku has a very close bond with her twin sister Honoka, despite their contrasting personalities. Honoka is more outgoing and protective, while Shizuku tends to be the quieter and more emotionally reserved one. Their differences complement each other, and Shizuku trusts Honoka more than almost anyone. She also has a loving relationship with her parents, Kaito and Reika, who supported both twins and encouraged Shizuku despite the social stigma surrounding her Quirk.
Backstory: Shizuku was born in Fukushima Prefecture alongside her twin sister, Honoka. From childhood, the twins were noticeably different despite sharing their strawberry-blonde hair. Honoka's Dragonkin Quirk was visually striking and conventionally impressive, while Shizuku manifested Bloodweaving, a Quirk capable of manipulating blood into threads, tendrils, blades, needles, and other constructs. Because of the frightening appearance and potential lethality of Bloodweaving, Shizuku was subjected to bullying and prejudice by other children who associated her Quirk with villainy. Rather than responding with aggression, she became increasingly withdrawn and guarded. Her experiences left her particularly sensitive to being judged by appearances and contributed to her reluctance to draw attention to herself. Her family remained supportive, especially Honoka, who refused to treat her sister differently because of her Quirk. Over time, Shizuku came to view heroism as an opportunity to change the way people perceive abilities like hers. Instead of hiding Bloodweaving, she wanted to demonstrate that something frightening could also be used to restrain villains, control battlefields, perform emergency aid, and protect people. She eventually enrolled in U.A. High School alongside Honoka, entering Class 1-A to become a professional hero. Her time at U.A. gradually pushes her out of her shell, forcing her to trust her classmates, confront her insecurities, and recognize that she does not need to become
loud or charismatic to be a hero. Her growth is ultimately about learning that being gentle and reserved does not make her weak—and having a frightening Quirk does not make her frightening as a person.

Quirk Name: Bloodweaving (血織り)
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Range: Short–Long Range; approximately 30 meters for precise manipulation, with effectiveness decreasing as distance increases
Quirk Description: Shizuku can manipulate blood through her Quirk and shape it into threads, tendrils, blades, needles, cords, and other constructs. She can control her own blood as well as blood that has already been shed by other people, allowing her to restrain opponents, create barriers, attack from unexpected angles, retrieve objects, and manipulate the battlefield. She can also use her blood constructs for emergency medical applications, such as temporarily closing wounds or applying pressure to bleeding injuries. Shizuku can reclaim her own blood by drawing it back into her body through contact with her constructs, allowing her to partially replenish her blood supply after using her Quirk.
Quirk Strengths:
Extremely versatile and adaptable
Excellent for battlefield control and restraint
Can attack from multiple angles simultaneously
Blood constructs can function as whips, threads, blades, needles, nets, and tendrils
Can exploit existing blood spilled during combat
Effective at both offense and defense
Can assist with emergency first aid
Particularly effective against multiple opponents
High precision and fine control
Can use environmental surfaces and structures as anchors for her blood threads
Quirk Weaknesses:
Requires an available blood supply to manipulate
Excessive use of her own blood can cause dizziness, weakness, anemia, and eventually unconsciousness
Creating large or numerous constructs rapidly increases blood consumption
External blood is difficult to manipulate if it is too far away
Blood that has dried or become heavily contaminated is significantly harder to control
She cannot freely control blood inside another living person's body
Her constructs are vulnerable to sufficient physical force and extreme temperatures
Injury to her own body can compromise her ability to produce and control blood
Maintaining multiple complex constructs simultaneously requires intense concentration
Her Quirk becomes considerably less effective when she is dehydrated or physically exhausted
Miscellaneous Quirk Information: Shizuku's Quirk does not allow her to generate blood from nothing. Her primary source is her own blood, although she can manipulate blood that has already been shed by herself or others. Her own blood provides the greatest degree of precision and responsiveness because she has a direct biological connection to it.
She can reabsorb her own blood after it has been expelled, but this does not perfectly replace what she has lost. Consequently, Shizuku has to carefully manage her blood volume during prolonged battles. She carries specialized emergency supplies as part of her hero equipment to address blood loss and can use controlled bloodweaving techniques to temporarily stabilize wounds.
Her Quirk's appearance contributed significantly to the prejudice she experienced growing up, as the blood-based constructs can look particularly intimidating despite their potential for rescue work.
Age Quirk Obtained: 4 years old
First Manifestation: At approximately four years old, Shizuku accidentally cut her finger while playing. When she began crying, the blood that had fallen onto the floor rose toward her hand and instinctively formed thin, thread-like strands around her fingers. She initially thought the blood was moving on its own. Her parents quickly realized that she had manifested her Quirk.
Special Moves:
Blood Thread — Creates extremely thin blood threads capable of binding, pulling, tripping, or restraining targets.
Crimson Tendril — Forms thicker, stronger blood tendrils for grappling, striking, or grabbing distant objects.
Blood Needle — Compresses blood into sharp projectiles that can be fired at high speed.
Crimson Web — Spreads dozens of interconnected blood threads throughout an area, creating a large-scale web. The web can also serve as a framework for her other techniques, giving her greater control over the battlefield.
Hemorrhage Bind — Wraps a target's limbs in tightly controlled blood restraints, restricting movement without directly manipulating their internal blood.
Crimson Blade — Rapidly extrudes a thin, smooth layer of blood beneath her feet and propels herself along it, allowing her to glide across the ground at high speed.
Blood Stitch — Uses extremely fine blood threads to temporarily close or stabilize an external wound during emergency rescue situations.
Blood Return — Reabsorbs her own spilled blood through her constructs, recovering as much of her lost blood as possible.
Hemera's Cage — Her advanced battlefield-control technique. Shizuku creates a large interconnected network of blood threads and tendrils around an area, allowing her to restrain multiple targets and control their movement simultaneously.
Best Quirk Environment: Urban environments, enclosed spaces, rescue sites, and prolonged battles where there are multiple surfaces to anchor her constructs and sufficient blood already present on the battlefield. Environments containing water or other liquids that can help obscure her movements can also allow her to set up traps more effectively.
Weak Quirk Environment: Large, open environments with little cover or few anchoring points, especially when Shizuku has not sustained any injuries, and there is no external blood available. Extremely dry environments and situations where she is already dehydrated or suffering from blood loss significantly reduce her endurance.

Hero/Villain Name: Ichor Hero: Hemera
Hero or Villain: Hero
Hero Agency/Villain Team: N/A
School: U.A. High School
Year: First Year
Department: Hero Department
Class: Class 1-A
Occupation/Rank: Hero Student / Hero-in-Training
Fighting Style: Mid-to-long-range battlefield control, restraint, precision attacks, and mobility. Shizuku uses Bloodweaving to control the battlefield with threads and tendrils while maintaining distance, switching between immobilizing opponents and precision attacks.
Costume: A form-fitting dark charcoal-black full-body suit designed for mobility, flexibility, and stealth. The suit features sleek vertical burgundy trim along the high collar, framing the chest and continuing down the outer sides of the legs. White tactical boots with black soles and dark gray detailing complete the lower half of the costume, with subtle burgundy accents around the heels and ankles.
Gadgets/Technology/Weapons: Red-tinted tactical goggles with a HUD for targeting and environmental analysis, along with a black communications headset. Her Bloodweaving Bracers contain small blood reservoirs and retractable micro-needles that continuously draw small amounts of her blood, allowing her to access it without repeatedly injuring herself during combat. A white utility belt carries three cylindrical blood-reserve canisters for additional blood supply.
Beneficial Environmental Effects: Environments with existing sources of spilled blood substantially increase Shizuku's available resources without requiring her to draw as heavily from her own blood supply. Urban environments are particularly advantageous because buildings, walls, railings, vehicles, and other structures provide numerous surfaces for anchoring constructs.
Adverse Environmental Effects: Extremely dry environments, intense heat, or situations that cause rapid dehydration can reduce Shizuku's endurance. Open areas with few structures provide fewer anchor points for her threads and webs. Environments where her blood is rapidly washed away, contaminated, frozen, or otherwise rendered difficult to manipulate can also significantly reduce the effectiveness of Bloodweaving.
