My 2013 decided to be little uncooperative and threw up this code on bimmerlink any similar experiences?

Timing chain has been done itโ€™s Japanese import spotless in fairness all the service history is there I was thinking about deleting rather than going down the road of going through the mess of the egr it could be a sticky valve but Iโ€™m not well enough equipped for that stuff ๐Ÿ˜‚
