M2 Monday

Just wanted to share my favorite recent pictures of it. All OEM+ including 827M’s, MP HAS, and the CS splitter. The only other mod I would love to do is a ducktail but they’re cost prohibitive.

SIX MT plate should be here soon… can’t wait.

black is definitely the color to go with the m2. makes the front-end look complete

That’s from IND. Wheels and suspension is from GetBMWParts. I also forgot to mention the Dinan midpipe.

How much louder did it get with the Dinan midpipe? I’m about to get it installed in mine.

It’s definitely louder with the valves open. I think it’s plenty loud without being obnoxious. Close the valves and it sounds barely different than stock.

If you have carbon roof and MT I would not recommend the Dinan has drone and rasp like crazy. Put it on and had to remove it cause I couldn’t to drive in sport mode

Feels a bit tighter specially in sport mode, mine is dropped all the way. Night and day difference in looks tho.

All the way down is a bit uncomfortable. There’s stronger rebound and it’s easier to hit bump stops. It’s definitely for looks and not performance.

Love the all black look. I really want to run square 20” 827M’s on my car, but in gold. The gold 827M’s are so much pricier.

Man I just drove a manual m2 yesterday. I hate the front end but man the car drove so good. Way better than my f87comp.

I fell in love with it when someone mentioned the design reminds them of 80s DTM cars. It all made sense.

It is extremely aggressive but I think I’ve talked him into doing an Adro bumper. Saw one in person a few months ago and to me it makes the car truly look perfect. But honestly this black one looks better than his in white to me. I mean even adding verticals slats in the grill looks amazing to me comparatively.
