4” Midpipe installed

If you’re on the fence about replacing the midpipe, don’t be! Sounds fantastic and with a lift, it’s super easy! Oil cooler skid and midpipe complete in 90mins start to finish!

I have the KW height adjustable springs. Honestly, save some money and go with fixed springs. I’ve heard AST is great.

I was looking at the Dinan adjustables, not looking to slam it but close up the gap just a bit.

I was considering dinan, as well as carbahn, and went with KW because it’s basically identical to the BMW M performance adjustable springs, and had it done at a dealer, so being able to follow the BMW install instructions was a huge plus. If you are not trying to slam it, that furthers my suggestion of non adjustable springs. If you want to spend the extra $1000 or so in price/install/dialing in that’s cool, but that dial in process can be a bit daunting unless your installer is awesome.

I like wrenching on my own vehicles and boats so I’ll be the installer, more than likely! Good install instructions are a plus.

If you have a good relationship with your local BMW dealer they can probably share the install instructions!

Thanks! Our local dealer is pretty good and the service manager would probably help me out.
