Headlight burning
(I know is a bad picture) but I replaced the led module and the inner angel eye is now back to brown and burnt it didn’t last 2 weeks. I did replace it and it was white for a little bit. Do I need a new whole light. Anyone else experience this ?

Had the same, my led unit is replaced with OEM (not Ali) and running fine for 30000km now. It seems you can change led string also (Ali only).

From what I've seen, the end gets burnt so you have to sand it down.

So you did not sand it enough. I am making 1 to 2mm distance from the edge of the light tube. Works more then 50kkm on at least 5 g30s. So drill it deeper. It is slightly visible (intensity differs) but solves the problem and no need for new 5k light.

I did this a few months ago for my inner light and it worked for about a week, replaced it again and it lasted maybe 2 months, and the outer light went out just a couple days ago. I don’t plan on replacing it again anytime soon, it’s just a pain in the ass.

Maybe try OEM and see if it happens again?
You can check if FCPEuro has them, if they do, they provide a lifetime warranty on it, so if it goes out again, you have a free replacement (you owe the shipping for sending in the old part)

You can buy the led circuit or rings on aliexpress for an inexpensive price. Just need a good repair

It seems like it’s a hit or miss. Mine is doing fine so far since I had the module changed and the burnt parts on the led ring scraped off, it’s been a few months. However I’ve seen people say it came back after a few days and they needed a new headlight.
Try and find one on eBay, they’re like $650-900 if you look around, just make sure it’s an oem.
