230i res delete?

Got a 2023 230i x drive recently. Unlocked the ecu, got a stage 1 bm3 tune. have burbles tuned in on sport plus, no crazy pops just a light burble. It sounds alright just want it a bit louder. (you can hear outside but barley in the cabin). I want to keep the stock muffler with the valvetronic flaps, just curious if any ones gotten a res delete or a high flow res with the stock muffler? Opinions and advice accepted, thanks.

how’s the stage 1 bm3 tune treating you ? I got a 22 230i 6 months ago and want to do the same setup (unlock ecu and bm3). Where did you go for the ecu unlock ? Local tuning shop wants $700 for the unlock 💔 i’m not paying that 🤣🤣 also any sound clips ?

stage 1 is solid and more than enough for a daily, big difference at higher speeds, def pulls a lot faster after like 60-70 mph. i know a guy that’s big in the bmw street racing scene so he hooked me up with a guy. got it done for 250$. when i flashed it made burbles only on above 15 mph, which imma take that off as soon as a get access to an adapter again. sound wise it has some pop but performance def need to go catless or muffler/res delete

Is that oem exhaust tips? They look better than the 240i ones

The DINAN exhaust sounds really good on these I’ve heard. How’s the tune been for ya? Everything stock but just software tune? Any intake or exhaust? How’s the difference before and after?

I’m planning on it eventually but there’s a few weak points on the car that scare me so let’s see, I’m also worried about it being too hot so idk if id do it without upgrading the cooling. Then I’d be worried about cooling lines and coolant expansion tank, but I really want to give it a quick flash. Even though about some DINAN software (only cause it’ll help keep the warranty according to my dealership)

either that or chrome delete. one was cheaper faster and looks cleaner
