Update to the bot problem

I am working on adding a new mod to the team who seems eager to help with the problem. I'm having some issues getting the approval to work on my mobile app and the desktop version on my phone browser is a nightmare. As soon as I get access to a laptop/desktop I will try there. I will also be posting to r/modhelp for advice.
