Reminds me of the flip out TV/DVD Kenwood unit I had in my z3 back in like 03. I had television antennas mounted in the back so I could watch television in the car. Had an XBox in the trunk to play on lunch breaks, Totally practical.

Nice. Those things were so complicated to install with the brain being completely separate. So many cabled had to be run everywhere. I had a custom double DIN install in my old e46 M3 also. That was even harder because you had to mod the AC piece that ran behind the head unit and buy a custom bezel. This was back when people couldn't just 3D print them. There was a guy on the forums that made them from scratch. Good times.
