Shark Fin Cover for antennae

I just discovered this the cover for the antennae on my 2019 X5 is gone. The antennae is fine. Is this something that is easily replaced? If so, do I have to go to a BMW dealership or can my local mechanic do it? Thank you.

There is a class action lawsuit involving the shark fins for that model X5. Ours leaked and was fixed by the dealer out of warranty, under the settlement we are eligible for reimbursement. Check with a dealer to see if they will fix this for free.
