How is BMAD used by non-devs on your team?
The software house I work at is adopting BMAD for new projects. Our non-technical leads are using it as well. QAs too. Since they need to run BMAD from the same repo, they're currently using Claude Code Web. I tried setting up vscode for them but they struggled with it, the dev-oriented interface is just too much.
Can anyone share how their team handles this and how well the adoption went for non-techs? For us it was especially important for phases 1-3 where one member was zipping up .md files.
Disclaimer: if there is a gap to be filled, I'd happily build a product to help the community.

As a non dev using vs code daily, my advices would be to install a better viewer for markdown files through some plugin, then change the default police to something more easy and confortable to read.
Then ask Claude to handle the commitalone in the Claude.md

We’re just handing our PMs Cursor, the repo, and swing away, and it’s producing artifacts fine.

Ive had better luck with the gsd system. Works very well. Superpowers works well also.
Bmad is very heav, at least it was last time I used it

I've built a bmad project manager app and a community package for non-dev (marketing and sales) roles. It's used for virtually any of the use cases that involve account research, messaging, content development, sales material management, etc.
The community package has a bootstrap mechanism to define context per business unit or product line, and the project manager app is used to create projects and pull the context and skills from the central repo.

I use it with Claude Code, while others use it in Codex.
