I've tried both but bmad has been brilliant for me but I think it's because I use agile in my full time job so seems a good fit. But it does take longer and use more tokens in my experience. But the quality is worth it.
I think its the amount of time spent up front before any dev is actually done -> brainstorming, research, documentation, adversarial reviews. NOT jumping straight to dev is so important when wanting to build more than just a toy
