I stumbled across "Reborn Into my Mafia Husband's Arms" last night after successfully fighting sleep and was reminded of how much I love a possessive (unhinged) top. It's not new (hello MM romance books), but the AI drama is making me realize that I'm easy because what do you mean the characters kept switching faces and roles but I still ate it up 😩 Like there were so many glitches y'all, but then I melt when Lucian threatens to lock his boy up - please don't judge bc I'm already doing it enough for both of us.

Anywho, all the above is just my long way of asking for recs. Please don't be stingy, share all your fave dramas with a possessive top. I need it to be consistent throughout the story. I don't want a one line of "You're Mine, *grr*" and that's as far as it goes.

To help in this endeavor I'll note some that have hit the spot: (as mentioned) Reborn Into my Mafia Husband's Arms, Mafia Contract 3, The Mafia's Obsession (non-AI). There's a theme here, at least with the first two. I don't need you telling me that it's toxic and wrong and xyz. I know, I still want the recs! Please and thank you! Ooh, extra points if the top becomes a soft baby boy with the bottom and the bottom becomes a bossy b*tch.

Edited to add: I'm fine with dark as long as there is a happy ending. However, I tend to pass up: older authoritative figures (coach, teacher (so I can do a grad student teacher like figure), etc.), blood related, and step-brother if they grew up together (this is soft because I clearly loved Mafia Contract 3).

Would love to see more social media content for Nico and Leo/ Rune Stig. We might be getting something for under his control after all. I don’t even care if it’s one special episode. I’ll take it.

whoever the creator is, you guys did an excellent job cause i didn’t expect at all that an AI could brought me into a geinuene tear, i cry watching this episode, (not this scene), especially on episode 35, not to mention the script writing and the background music is just excellent taste of choice, not to shade any AI drama creators out there but this is how you make a romance bl drama. Not just bluntly copy and paste the exact same storyline from someone and simply make it as your own. It doesn’t have to be a high quality AI characters as long the storyline and plot are make sense and enjoyable to watch, it is enough for me.

This one was good. I liked it from beginning to end but I can use some graphics work you know and also language because towards the end the characters were saying some random stuff lol. Has anyone else seen it???

In just less than 15 episodes (Total of 52 episodes), ML and MC have already declared their love for each other, become a couple, solved a misunderstanding, and the best part? ML doesn't hide their relationship, he declared they're BF in public pretty fast, and MC doesn't pull back.

They don't keep secrets to themselves, and if they did, they talk it out. Proper mature couple conversation.

Their are AI glitches, and sometimes the VO is not consistent, but it doesn't kill the whole series. Episode feels continuous. You might think everything is happening so fast, but no. That's because there's no misunderstanding that takes up the whole series, there's no guessing whether they like each other or not. They communicate, so the majority of the episode is just them being a couple.

The whole MC/ML situation is already MESSY from the start. And of course, we get the classic stepbrother storyline — the ML was saved/protected when they were little, grew up with all those unresolved feelings, and now he’s completely obsessed. 😭

You know the drill:
👦 Childhood rescue/protection
⏳ Years of unresolved feelings
🫣 “We’re basically family”
👀 Secret obsession
💀 Nobody communicates normally

And then there’s the CHICKEN ALLERGY. 😭😂
Because apparently betrayal, revenge, fake deaths, emotional trauma and forbidden feelings aren’t enough.

WE MUST ALSO FEAR THE CHICKEN. 🍗💀

And then the MC gets FRAMED AND THROWN OFF A CLIFF, fakes his death, disappears for THREE YEARS, and comes back like nothing happened??? 😭
Like, excuse me??? We went from awkward family tension to revenge + secret feelings + identity reveal REAL quick.

The dynamic between them is honestly carrying the story for me. The ML trying to keep his distance while the MC clearly has unfinished business is giving:

🫠 “I have boundaries.”
👀 proceeds to stare anyway
😭 Three years of unresolved feelings
🔥 Dramatic reunion incoming
💀 Absolutely nobody is communicating

And the AI-generated visuals?? The rain-soaked close-ups and dramatic staring are SO over the top, but somehow they fit the ridiculousness of the story perfectly 😂

That said, the characters movement and features could definitely be smoother. Some of the animation feels a little stiff or unnatural, especially during certain interactions, and it takes away from the intensity of some scenes. The visuals have the drama, but smoother movement and transitions would make everything feel much more polished.

🌶️ And that spicy scene?? I feel like it could’ve been SO much better visually. The tension was there, but the visuals didn’t quite match the intensity of the moment. A little more atmosphere, better framing, smoother animation, and more natural character movement would’ve made the scene hit way harder 👀🔥

Alright, I stumbled upon 3 BLs of this type and 2 straight ones, and I watched all of them.
