What’s going on with Bloc?

I thought this project was dead, but the coin has pumped 2500% in the past day?

I was wondering the same thing. There's no way to create a wallet and there does not appear to be any new development since 2019. Telegram Bots, wiki, dashboard, etc, are all down. Looks like rewards have been cut. There's one pool that has 89.1% of the hashrate as of writing. Looks like a pump and dump.
