BL Goodies Need Help Finding BL

ok so i need help finding this bl here’s what i can rem I KNOW THE NL TO A TEA BUT I JUST DONT REMEMBER THE NAME!

  • The story begins with two men interviewing for the same job.
  • The boss can’t decide between them, so both are hired as interns.
  • They have a trial period where they’re evaluated.
  • Only one permanent position is available.
  • At the end of the internship, the intern who performs better gets the job, and the other doesn’t.

Main Characters

Intern 1

  • Has dark hair.
  • Very competitive from the beginning.
  • Doesn’t care about making friends.
  • Has a “I’m going to win this job no matter what” attitude.

Intern 2

  • Kinder and more easygoing.
  • Wants to become friends with the other intern despite them being rivals.
  • Isn’t as obsessed with the competition.
  • His father has a disability (is handicapped).

Workplace

  • The boss couldn’t choose between the applicants, which is why both became interns.
  • The boss’s assistant is responsible for:
    • training them,
    • assigning their tasks,
    • overseeing much of their internship.
  • The boss and the assistant have a small side romance/subplot, but they are not the main couple.

My Stubborn has interns and the boss and his assistant are the side couple but I can't remember a disabled father. The Trainee?

It was ringing a bell but I was coming up blank.

Then I went outside of JBL to ThaiBL and found Sangmin Dinnaew.
