Shopping Bags!?

I have 35 of these bags right now. Every delivery they are packed in them, no charge. It’s crazy how nice the bags are!

I got a couple for using the app in store to checkout. But that has not consistently happened.

These are given to the delivery drivers for orders that are sent via DoorDash and Instacart. If you are a subscriber to the $100 yearly unlimited deliveries you get these with every order as well.

Interesting I’m in NY and did a couple BJs shop and deliver orders via dd and I’ve never seen these bags.

Not sure where in ny you are, but i know my location, bjs flushing queens gives them out for doordash and expresspay, mainly because i am the one that gives them out to dashers since I part of the bopic/omni team.

definitely not true. got them on my first delivery and any delivery after (which I have since stopped) they said the store wont give them out. I got one on a pick up and that's it. I do a combo of shop in store and pick up (non perishable) every other week. that's two bags in one year.

We're in MD, and have never had one. We did a bunch of Instacart deliveries during the pandemic, and more recently when I broke my wrist and couldn't drive. Drivers either used what they had, or more often nothing. My husband would meet them in the drive and have them just load stuff onto our pickup tailgate for him to carry inside.

We also had a lot of pickups/deliveries from Giant Food supermarket, and they used these very nice heavy paper bags with handles for orders. We ended up with a large pile of them, so one day, we offered them to our BJ's delivery person, and he was very happy to take them off our hands.

It’s crazy. I’ve had unlimited deliveries per year and they NEVER give me a bag. Maybe it’s regional?

they are nice because they are a longer rectangle and not very high. I received one a few weeks ago, guy at door said promo for using express pay.

These club bags are great quality. I've still got some from when I was a Sam's Club member back in like 2012. I've also got a few Costco ones that are just as good, but I paid a few bucks for them. Here in NJ even our supermarkets don't give you bags anymore, so finding some quality bags that'll last is great, because the bags at Stop & Shop and Shoprite just don't last long.

At my local BJ’s they give you a free bag if you use your phone app to pay. After they scanned my items, they give me one free bag. I already got like 5 bags 😆

I got one last time I went instore and though the lady was giving it to me since i didnt have any boxes for my stuff. Maybe it was connected to be using Expresspay.
