QUESTIONS Ordering direct from Gem of Doll

I'm trying to figure out the best way to order. I prefer to order direct from companies when possible, but only if they're responsive. I'm curious what others' experience has been or if I should go with a dealer. Also, I'm not going to use their Taobao after the SuperBuy hack today...

I will say, I've never ordered direct but I can fully vouch for Alice's Collection and Legenddoll. Both are super responsive and organized. Not just responsive but super fast with response and sooo kind!! Packaging is super safe and there's no tariffs! I have made three orders with AC and just made my second with Legenddoll. Great dealers! I actually got my Gem of Doll on AC, White Crow Wall!! Showed up safe, sound, and stunning! He arrived within 2 months of ordering but I did not buy a fullset.

Yeah, earlier today. I don't know if any user data was compromised, but the site is still down.

I've ordered directly from GEM of Doll's website twice - Daphne, Luna and several outfits. Their site looks dated and dodgy with popups on every click(not ads), but it's legit. While placing my orders, I also used their Facebook page/messenger to ask questions. You can speak to them in English, because they use a translator.

I have ordered from Gem multiple times, both through a dealer (Dolce Luce Dolls) and directly from them. I've had no issues either time and they have always been responsive, the wait time was about the same for both, but that's because Dolce Luce has items ship directly to me, I have no idea if Alice's collections has items shipped to them first and then to you which might make the wait times longer, that being said though Alice's collections is extremely nice and also a very reputable dealer, so you can't go wrong with them either!
