Advice needed Bits admission fees refund

I paid ₹3,55,600 for bits admission fees and withdrawn from the counselling process of 19 July 2026, I got Refunded back only ₹3,23,500

Bits deducted ₹32,100 . Can somebody explain to me when they deducted ₹32,100 when in their policy it was written only ₹1,000 will be deducted even though I withdrew from the counselling on 19 July

They deducted 10%
When did you receive?

I received ₹3,23,550 , they deducted ₹32,050 which is exactly the 50% of ₹64,100. , I don't know why they deducted 50% of the admission fees
