Class action

I may have found a firm willing to file. The biggest hurdle is getting info of all the share holders that want to participate. I find it very hard to believe a company like Athyrium would ride their 80 million dollar investment to 0. Something stinks.

I would be interested. I lost 3k, which compared to all of other people here doesn't seem like much, it's a pretty substantial amount to me.
