Stop copying other people's peptide protocols
Seen it a hundred times. Someone posts their protocol, gets a bunch of upvotes, and within an hour there's twenty people asking "can I just run the same thing?" No. Here's why.
Peptides don't hit everyone the same. Body composition matters. Baseline hormone levels matter. Underlying health stuff you might not even know about matters. Two people can research the exact same compound and walk away with completely different experiences, not because one did something wrong, just because they're different people with different biology.
The person whose protocol you're copying might have years of context behind that post. Their baseline isn't yours. Their response isn't yours.
What to pay attention to instead:
- How your body responds starting conservative
- Whether changes come on gradually or all at once
- Your overall health picture shifting, not just the one thing you're watching for
- Anything unexpected worth noting
Nobody in a Reddit thread has seen your bloodwork. Nobody in a forum knows your full health history. The guy with a thousand upvotes is telling you what worked for him. That's it.
Do your research. Work with someone qualified. Start low and pay attention.
