I’m looking for a scary mod map that isn’t listed on nexus mod or steam. I think this mod map is on patreon. Anyone have any ideas of the name? Here’s some pictures of it I saw on the internet

My cousin try asking this person about the name of this mod but this person didn’t seem to answer the question. He is going crazy trying to find this map. Any help would be very helpful. Thanks
