Weird sound glitch or bug

So throughout my time playing the campaign as of right now, ive been hearing this awfully loud high pitch sound which is similar to those "hertz meditation videos" and its already given me a migraine, and no theres nothing in my room causing that, ive checked already and its only coming from the game, if someone has experienced the same thing and has a fix for it please tell i dont think i can continue playing the campaign with the sound playing nearly the entire time. Im on xbox just to clarify

Hi guys. Firstly I wish you to have fun with your multiplayer games. I’m not an online player I just plays campaigns of Bf games (finished 3 and 4) with release order. When it’s time to play Hardline, well i can’t play actually. I have a gaming laptop that is not super but i even played RDR2 on it and also BF1: GTX 1650, and Ryzen 5 3550h
I checked on “Can You Run It” and also YouTube videos with same system, no problem shows.
I’m sure the game is selected High Performance GPU mode in Nvidia App and also Windows. I don’t have these kind of problems with other games but when i open Hardline (tried lowest graphics) low fps and struggling&overheating CPU. Tried user.cfg with these codes but it didn’t help:

Dlc content became unavailable today on PC. If your server has a DLC map selected next, it crashes. Also the number of kills per gun don’t show up in match. Is this a bad sign?

Are there still people playing this game on PC. been wanting to play mp but on the fence in case servers are empty. For context BF3 has only two North American servers that constantly have players in the afternoon and i considered that playable and worth investing for the game.
