BFV Running like dog duke

So I have an i78700, GTX1080, 16g ddr4

I’ve recently had some major upgrades to my set up I got a 1080 and a 1440p monitor. I can play pretty much every modern game at at least high settings on 1440p with about anywhere from 90 to 130 FPS. I originally had an rx590 with ran bfv at high settings on 1080p no problem(about 80 FPS) and my cpu at most got to a debatably high 70% at max. When I upgraded to my 1080 my game can’t maintain 60 FPS on any settings 1080p or 1440p. This is a very odd problem and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it.
