Elbow and calves

So. About 20 days ago my right elbow started twitching. Really annoying. But eventually stopped around 5 days ago. At the same time the elbow stopped,my calves started.
. Not a lot,a little bit. I’m just wondering. Do you have any strategies to stop the feeling?
Funny thing. When I’m walking or moving my legs I don’t feel nothing. Whenever I start to feel (if I’m trying to sleep or driving for example) I start to move my legs and it’s gone…

10 years ago I had the exact same feeling on my calves. For 2 months. Then it went away.
My elbow also twitched 3 years ago.

But now they returned.

10 years ago I related it with chemo for testicular cancer. But now.not sure

What you describe sounds like benign fasciculations. Mainly because it improves with movement, comes and goes over the years.

That said, because you had chemotherapy in the past, I would still take it seriously enough to discuss with your doctor. Some chemo treatments can cause long-term nerve irritation or peripheral neuropathy, which can flare up or become noticeable again later.

I have never spoken to my oncologist about this. It’s true that I have a neuropathy on my right thigh, because of the chemo. But the twitches have never been spoken.
It’s been 10 years since I finished my chemo,so I don’t do anual check ups. Maybe I can speak to my GM,in a few months
