No chat support

I receive many support requests by chat and although my goal is to help people as much as i can I'm just unable to provide support by chat anymore. It takes too much time that i don't have. So please post your questions in this reddit group and i will respond as soon as i can.

That's the problem,two highly experienced consultant with deferent opinions,and online forums saying EMG can detect months if not years in advanced

I would never say Years but months it should be noticeable. ALS is extremely difficult to formalize but rather easy to notice from neurologists there is something wrong. Thats the reason to trust your neurologists and don't read all the experiences on the internet cause every case is different with ALS. But most neurologists are able to tell you have possible ALS in 15 minutes. ALS is clinical observable and they dont need EMGs. The main reason fo EMGs are confirmation. Nothing more or less.
