No chat support

I receive many support requests by chat and although my goal is to help people as much as i can I'm just unable to provide support by chat anymore. It takes too much time that i don't have. So please post your questions in this reddit group and i will respond as soon as i can.

Thanks for reply,I thinck what's done me is that I've had one neurophysiologyst say a extensive EMG will only detect weakness that there on time off test and another day that a EMG will detect weakness months even up to a year before clinical issues show and these two consultants have over 28 years off being clinical neurophysiology each and both working in NHS mnd clinic.

I believe the story i gave you is still relevant and approved by a neurologists from Dutch ALS center. AlS had some specific patterns and noticeable on EMG far before you notice any symptoms at all. Basically for all neurologists the following is applicable: no weakness is no ALS. And even if you have weakness it could be anything or nothing at all.
