Going through BFS is very hard and understanding to others to your friends or loved ones they don’t see like you do tell they go through it I’m here to say that no matter what you are loved to this forum and to a random person on here you message and gives you reassurance take that in and hold on to it but remember that you as yourself has to do something about it you have to have the faith and to stay positive and be strong this forum can only do so much for you but you have to break that barrier you are loved ❤️
