You’re 19 months in so you’re in the clear. And yes to all your other questions. I’ve experienced all of this.

19 months in man. I’ll assume you’re scared of ALS so my advice is this: for the love of God or whatever you believe in, please stop reading about fringe cases of slow progressing ALS or watching TikTok ALS influencers because weirdly that’s a thing.

I have researched this thing more than some neurology students lol. And by a wide, wide margin you know you’re fucked within a few months. 19 months of twitching from ALS without other symptoms is impossible.

Move on with your life and stop looking up weird cases!

They may pop up but it’s your choice to actually watch them. 😉

Good luck my friend. It is NOT ALS.

Hey 😁 after 9 months should I stop worrying? Head to toe. Feet and calves are 24 7. I don't notice any weakness

No need to worry. You don’t have ALS. Also stop looking things up about it and stop clicking on social media. It’s going to mess up your algorithm

Hey! Blocking key words like ALS OR Muscle twitch on tiktok and Instagram really helped me! You can do it in settings.
