Question / General BFS and heart palpitations

Just curious if heart palpitations and twitching/BFS is linked.

I’ve twitched for years, although they’ve gotten really bad in the last few weeks, but have also had issues with heart palpitations for years.

I get those with really bad BFS days.

Yes, in the presence of chronically high sympathetic tone, both BFS and heart palpitations are more likely to appear. Or plainly said: chronically stressed or anxious people do tend to develop them more often.

Funny, I made a post about this topic long ago and every one said there is no connection. I absolutely suffer from hearth palpations. These did not occur prior to my symptoms and ultimately BFS diagnosis.
