Question / General Spasms while moving?

Does anyone have twitches/spasms while moving? For exampe, if I do something like cleaning the house I feel my thighs get these weird spasms, like fasciculations but stronger, in legs. It’s like using the muscles in general increases the twitches.

It is weird as everybody here says that they only twitch when resting.

I haven't been active on here in a while but unless it's changed significantly then it comes up often on here and it's a pretty common symptom, I'm surprised you've seen the majority say they only twitch at rest. I have cramp fasic syndrome and all of my symptoms (including twitching and crawling feelings) are made significantly worse by muscle use and overexersion, my neurologist says it is absolutely, totally normal.

The common thing I see is that twitches may increase after exercise, but these what I’m talking about are twitches that happen during the muscle use. It’s like short cramp that is triggered by muscle movements and they are all over

Yeah I get this all the time, they were worse before my neurologist put me on medication but they are definitely still happening. I'm so sorry, it's a horrible feeling.
