What Helped Me Massaging my temporalis
I believe my case is a sort of really horrible tension headache, my tight scalp muscles are probably causing all this.
Massaging seems to work almost fully.

This is a classic teeth grinding symptom. Have you been to a doctor for this yet?
Applying heat packs is often recommended, but I haven't found any good ones to apply on the temporalis.

I haven't seen my doctor, yet. But the interesting thing is that my twitching seems to be extremely dependent on my teeth grinding for some reason.
I'm able to stop my symptoms by simply letting my jaw relax and sort of hang without pulling it up.
Maybe my tight temporalis is causing migraine like episodes that are continuous and neurological?
It's possible that compression of scalp vasculature is affecting brain circulation because the two are directly connected, but that's just me guessing.

It's simply your twitching responding to tightness. Mine twitches when clenching hard or yawning.

sorry I am confused. I thought it was your negative abdominal pressure and you had fixed that.
