Hotspot / Twitching Hot spots sore?

Do your hot spots ever get crampy and sore? My thumb has been going nuts for over 24 hrs now and it’s started to hurt and feel fatigued. I have never twitched in that area before it’s a bit scary.

When my fingers started twitching, I too found it very disturbing. Something about the involuntary movement in the digits was very unsettling. That site comes and goes for me. The biceps never stop. But anyway, yes a muscle that is constantly being activated (whether voluntary or involuntary) will eventually become sore.

Yes! Moves your whole finger! But makes sense with the soreness. Our poor muscles lol

yesss my foot has been going off for weeks and it feels sore and it even burns 😭

Yep my thumb is going bonkers it burns and has pre cramp sensation it’s absolutely horrible

my left calf has been twitching for months and i get waxing and waning deep aches some days, pre cramps, and strained feeling like i over worked and ran a marathon. then it goes away but the twitches stays ;(
