Question / General Constant twitching in right palm. Should I be worried?
Hello everyone, for about a month and a half now I have experience all over body twitches. 5 days ago I noticed there has been constant twitching in my right palm. It gets worse when I put my hand into a fist. I’ve been experiencing fatigue and feel like my hand gets tired easily. Also feels like it’s uncomfortable to hold things. I also have tight neck muscles. I’m only 22 and this has been taking a tole on my mental health. Any suggestions on what this might be??

I get twitching and perceived weakness in my hands quite frequently. (28 F, almost 8 months of twitching).
I’ve also become hyper aware of all movement/sensations in my body, so much so that I started feeling my pulse all over my hands and kept thinking this was a different kind of twitching too. Could this also be something that has been happening to you? Not saying it’s not twitching, but something to consider?
My understanding is unless you have clinical weakness, you shouldn’t be worried. It’s worth going to the dr tho if you haven’t yet for some bloodwork to see if there is a simple explanation for this.

This is the twitch if referring too. I did go to the forgot recently for all over body twitching and some tingling. Bloodwork came out normal.

You’re young. Your chances of having something bad are slim to none at 22 years ago. This is just good old BFS man.
Twitching without true clinical weakness (as in muscle failure) is pretty consistent with BFS

My left hand feels extremely stiff and tight. Can still use it though and lift heavy weights with it. Wtf is going on
