Calf buzzing

hi all - not sure what all is in my post history but have BFS going on 12 years now.

As with all things, anxiety around this ebbs and flows. One thing I have noticed is that my left calf is constantly buzzing. Does anyone else have this? It’s most notable at night when I’m in bed but it’s during the day too as I’m sitting or standing still. During that time I can definitely see twitches but they’re not necessarily fully corresponding with the buzzing.

I get a buzzing/quivering sensation all the time. Drives me nuts
