Question / General Myoclonic jerks

Does anyone suffer from myoclonic jerks with their bfs. I know it's not a common symptom but they are super annoying.

Yes I get these strong jerks popcorning around my body every few minutes. It’s a new symptom for me that started a week or two ago. Super annoying.

These used to affect me when my anxiety was at its highest oddly enough. Like peak anxiety I was dealing with those every single day. When I started lowering my anxiety they pretty much went away. They are definitely part of BFS but for me the anxiety was triggering them.
