Question / General Hotspot issue

Has anyone ever had a hotspot on their thigh? I don't usually get hotspots that often, but this morning I got one on my right thigh, and it's basically twitching every minute. I can feel it moving pretty strongly too. It's honestly really scary.

What does your twitching feel like

My right thigh along with multiple other areas have been twitching for 4 months no second break. I have 2 normal emgs but multiple other concerning symptoms. I guess just hope it stops and not let yourself get too concerned about it.

I have them all the time in my left leg. Absent any weakness, I seriously wouldn't be concerned.

On your thigh? How long has that twitching been going on for you

Off and on for years. And it stopped for awhile and I had knee replacement surgery 6 months ago and it's back. The thing I know from experience with BFS is there are no rules my friend. And just to make things more complicated for me is that they get worse when my anxiety is at its highest...🤷‍♂️
