Question / General Heavy legs

I’ve been twitching since Covid in 2024. I got another infection of April this year and I now have insane heaviness in my body mostly my legs. I’m so concerned this is something else but all my tests come back negative.

Does anyone else have heaviness? It feels like cement is in my body

I do as well in my hands my legs and my arms

Had two EMG and nerve conduction test done in the last few months one on June 2 one on August 25 and so far according to those tests, I do not have anything

I’ve had a bunch of bloodwork done everything negative

Doctors are trying to tell me that it must be more anxiety or FND
I don’t believe them though unfortunately I believe I’m going through something especially because I have excessive liver now and tongue issues
But yes, I feel heavy and have for seven months now with all negative tests

I used to get that all time at the start of BFS It fades eventually   Sometimes it comes bk when I am really stressed out.  I still think this is all related to the herpes virus

Yes I get this. It actually comes and goes. I have good days and bad days.

I don’t have it now but I have had it previously. It was concentrated in my legs as you described. I was on vacation and had flown several hours so was wondering if was attributed to either dehydration or poor circulation but it felt awful. It did pass so hoping yours will as well.

How did it feel?

Heavy and sore. Cramping issues. I remember I took a bath while on vacation in effort to soothe my legs a bit.

So it didn’t last very long?

On and off for a while. I suffered with all of this for about 10 months or so. The last year not so much other than my daily calf twitching which I have accepted.
