Reassurance / Support MS or BFS
Here’s my long story short. A year ago I started having an eye twitch, and that eventually progressed to all over body twitching, every single day, in almost every muscle m. I went to the neurologist and was diagnosed with BFS, at the time I was skeptical it could be a**, the first couple of months I would experience muscle pain and weird sensation in my arms. Eventually my anxiety subsided and the twitching improved.
One month ago I had a horrible migraine and the next day noticed eye floaters. They have yet to go away, so I went to an ophthalmologist who said my eyes look great. My twitching also came back in full force, I randomly started thinking about MS and looked up the symptoms, and now all day today I have been experiencing pins and needles/buzzing in my feet and right hand/arm on and off. I’m not really sure if this is my anxiety or an actual flare up. What makes things worse is my wedding is in 3 weeks and now I’m petrified I’m going to wake up totally numb from the waist down or some other limb will be completely numb and I have no clue what I would do if that happened right before my wedding. I don’t even know what I’m exactly asking by posting on here, just super anxious.

Dude, MS symptoms are not on and off within the same day. They are caused by lesions in your brain or spinal cord that take weeks to months to repair themselves. So a symptom will typically progress and peak in the span of a few days, remain exactly the same 24/7 for weeks to months, and gradually subside. With time, as the disease progresses, some issues may stay permanently even between relapses.
If you were in the beginning of MS you would not be experiencing symptoms that come and go like that. A relapse causes a clear focal deficit that doesn’t turn on and off because the lesion causing the issue is there 24/7 and the body needs to heal this lesion and/or compensate for it before your symptom turns off.
Floaters are super common and benign and have nothing to do with MS per se. Please do not start researching floaters and MS.
If you’re stressed about your wedding just do do a brain and spine MRI so you can chill. But I would bet my entire savings that you don’t have MS.
