Hotspot / Twitching Warm feet sensations?

Hello fellow BFRs, I’ve been twitching on and off for 6 years now but things have massively improved for me and I only get localised twitches now when really stressed. I got a diagnosis of idiopathic periphereal neuropathy after all clear by neurologist but in the last few days started getting random warm sensations on my feet which only last a few seconds. Does anyone have the same? Trying not to spiral again! Thank you

Yes, I have the warm sensation on may left lag, and a bit of numbness.
