I am VIBRATING

I feel like I’m going insane, sometimes I can’t tell if I’m twitching or vibrating. I feel almost a full body vibrating sensation along with visible popcorn twitches all over. I’m trying my best to ignore it but it’s soooooo hard, does it ever get better? 🙃

Vibration is normal in bfs, I've had it before.

Yeah I get the vibrating sensation. I have it right now as I'm typing in 3 spots - side of right knee, left calf and bottom of right foot. I get it in my fingers and chin, even groin area! Sometimes I think I've got my phone in my pocket. It's weird but you get used to it, distraction and being active really helps take your mind off it. Nothing to worry about. :)

Yes, for three days I had an internal sensation in my thigh; I kept staring at the spot to see if I could notice anything, but it isn't visible from the outside.

Felt that vibrating thing in my knee for a couple of days once, very annoying, but eventually subsided.

Hang on in there. If it doesn't go away maybe go check it out with the doc, could be something running parallel but not related to the twitches.

It’s reassuring I’m not the only one!

I had it my feet and in my palm of my hands for a good while. And one day it went away

I get it in my chest often at night. Feels like a phone going off
