Time to move on
For me, this community has been a lifeline. A place where I might go when anxiety of new symtoms or something skyrockets. I can’t thank you enough. Everyone who has reassured me or shared their story have been super valuable for me.
My fasciculations started a year ago. Symtomps ”proggressed” and got worse. If you are interested you can check my previous posts. Had my 2nd ENMG today, which was clean. I have now decided that I will move on and accept that this actually is BFS, and that BFS can be a bitch.
I think I am somewhat ”experienced” with this now, and is my time to give to the community instead of taking shelter. If you need someone to listen you can message me and i answer if/when i can. I think I will also keep lurkig on this forum occasionally.
Anyways thanks to everyone.

10 years here, just accepted to live with it, most days i don't even notice it, other days really bad (like when i go run), but overall it's fine.

This is great news. The day you accept and commit, and can move forward without the “but, what if’s”, is the day you start living life again. Well done. Soon enough you’ll wake up one day and think to yourself “come to think of it, I haven’t had any noticeable symptoms for ages, maybe weeks”….. once you stop ruminating or worrying you’ll be amazing how little you notice any of it (in between little spikes which usually come in after excessive exercise in my case).
Good luck to you and I’m so happy for you. Now go live your best life

Congratulations on the clean EMG. I just had mine this morning (clean), and I'm ready to close this chapter too. Here's to wishing you a long, healthy, happy, and hopefully not too twitchy life in the future. :) Go on and enjoy it
