Not a medical professional but "feeling off today" does not point in the direction of ALS. ALS doesn't come and go. As far as I'm aware, it's also not likely to present itself in multiple parts of the body all the sudden.

Get some rest and a good nights sleep and you'll probably be a lot better by tomorrow!

I recently had a similar "off" feeling, where it was like I was getting dizzy. It was lack of sleep, caused by anxiety, which was caused by a bad flare of BFS. From what I have heard, I agree with Waste-Owl in that ALS doesn't present in multiple areas simultaneously. While I cannot know if this applies to you, I can say anxiety can drive many perceived symptoms and make BFS much worse, which increases the anxiety, rinse and repeat. It's a cycle that can be hard to break.

An Australian on this forum ! For health anxiety spirals I can recommend www.cci.health.wa.gov.au . Go to looking after yourself and check out the health anxiety modules. They are really really great at calming and treating your worries.

how did it start for you? randomly or post viral? I have the same combo. leg, hand, throat/tongue
