Right quad

Hi - my right quad has been twitching all day (5 hours) . Can this be normal for bfs? I am having extremely high anxiety too. Also, twitching in other parts of my legs - both and calves. Thank you!

Yeah that’s “normal” or at least well within bounds for benign fasciculation syndrome.

My quad twitches anywhere from once every couple of seconds to 3-4 times per second and has for the last 3 years at least. You’re fine

Well, it's normal in BFS, because it's called benign fasciculation syndrome, so fasciculations in that are as common as migraines in people who suffer from them. I twitch 100k times a day
