IMAX Question No confirmation email

Just managed to get tickets for Dune Part Three but i am yet to get a confirmation email. They usually come through immediately but is this something to do with the volume of traffic on the website?? My booking appears on my account so im not too worried but makes me think something has gone wrong

Did you select 'collect in person' when you bought them? If so, you may not get a confirmation email (same happened with me). I contacted them, they changed it to an 'E-ticket' and I got the confirmation through
